Learning & Engagement Co-ordinator – Phil Hobbs

Phil Hobbs is the Learning and Engagement Co-ordinator at the Egypt Centre and is the first point of contact for schools, colleges and home education groups wishing to visit the Centre.

A qualified primary school teacher with over 20 years of experience, Phil specialised as a teacher of pupils with Additional Learning Needs and has a keen interest in inclusion for all learners.

• Post Graduate Certificate in Education (Primary level) (Swansea University 2001).
• BA Joint Honours: English and Studies in Modern Society (Swansea Institute for Higher Education 1997).

 

Outside Interests

• Music (both listening and playing guitar/bass).
• Reading (both fiction and non-fiction).
• Visiting museums.
• Most sports (but especially football and cricket).
