Egyptian Art – Children’s Workshop

Using similar methods and materials as the ancient Egyptians, this workshop will give you the chance to create your very own eggtempera painting with local artist Sue Mann.

Using the museum’s rich collection asinspiration, you will get the chance to grind your own pigment, make your own paint and create your very own work of art to take home!

*Please note that eggs will be used to make the paint*

 Run by artist Sue Mann who recently exhibited in and curated a group show at the Grand Theatre called Blue Orchard Paintings.

Suitable for ages 7-11

1 day workshop 10am-3.00pm
