Costume and Textiles

While the Egypt Centre does not hold a large selection of pharaohnic costume, it has an interest in this and uses replicas to teach others. We shall consider pharaonic costume using these and visual aids. Additionally, the Egypt Centre holds a selection of ‘Coptic textiles‘. We will look at these and consider how they were made and used.
